The Wood Brothers Racing story began 75 years ago when family patriarch Glen Wood decided to try racing. It almost ended the same night it began.

After the 2003 season ended, the family decided it was time to move from its Stuart, Virginia home of 53 years to the Charlotte, North Carolina area, NASCAR’s hub of racing activity. 

Wood Brothers Racing holds the Guinness World Record for the longest active NASCAR racing team. They are the oldest continuously operating NASCAR Cup Series team and the team has always raced Ford products.

Edsel Ford, great-grandson of Henry Ford I proudly states, “We consider Wood Brothers Racing a part of our family, the Ford Family.”

At a local car show in her 82 Toyota pickup, the owner of Just Get Dirty Garage's mind was mixing up some ideas. Why not fuse together a love for all things automotive with a passion for design and fashion. Sue did just that back in 2008, creating a successful clothing label that you can be proud to own while you're wrenching, at a car show or while out cruizin the streets.

Sure you don't have to have oil in your veins to understand what it's all about because the company moto of "if you didn't get dirty, you didn't have fun" can apply to any aspect of life.
